Am I locked into a subscription if I sign up?
No. There is no obligation. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time.
What if I don't know what I like regarding flavors or roast levels?
No problem! there are a few ways to figure this out.
1. Send us a message or give us a call and we can figure it out with you.
2.You can choose the "I just love coffee!" option and we will send you just good coffee, simple.
3. You can fill out the Contact us form and tell us a little about the coffee you currently drink (no judgement) and then we can suggest some things that we think you will enjoy. Coffee is fun and we want you to be happy.
Why isn't there a 5 lb option in the subscriptions?
If you are looking for larger amounts of coffee shipped consistently, opening a wholesale account is the better route. Just head to the Wholesale page and fill out the "Let's Connect" form. We would love to get you all the coffee you desire.
Who is D? and Why are they choosing my coffee?
D is Derek De laPaz the Roaster/Owner. He sources all of our coffee, he has a Knack of sorts for it (almost like second sight). This subscription will be an epic adventure through the world of coffee. If you are curious and enjoy trying new coffees this is a good subscription for you. If you are a roaster or coffee professional and enjoy deeper dives into the coffee this is a good option for knowledge sharing. There is a very good possibility of roast-along videos created with some of these coffees, where Derek will share his thoughts and roasting concepts.
I am a Scorpio, what subscription is best for me?
Lets be honest, you are not comfortable handing over that control to someone else. Just Kidding, or am I? My guess would be on the "Have it your way" this allows you to choose the Roast level or cup flavors of the coffee you prefer. Then we ship coffee to you as often as you choose and they all will fall into that general flavor profile. See you can have your way and let others help.
